Pricing & Payment All prices are in U.S. dollars. By submitting payment, you confirm authorization to use the payment method. We may cancel orders with pricing or processing errors. Orders & Order Acceptance Order placement does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders due to product availability, payment issues, fraud suspicion, or errors.
1.6 Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping & Delivery Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up the order. Returns & Refunds Returns must comply with our policy posted on the website. Restocking fees or shipping charges may apply. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Limited Warranty & Disclaimer Products may carry a manufacturer warranty. NG Appliances Supply provides no additional warranties unless stated. 3. Return and Refund Policy
3.1 Our Return Guarantee
You may return any part or product within 45 days of placing your order.
3.2 What Can I Return?
• Parts must be undamaged and show no signs of installation, scuffing, or customer-caused marks. • Electrical parts must be unused and uninstalled. • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the retail box and all accessories. • Rejected returns cannot be shipped back to the customer.
3.3 When Will I Receive My Refund?
• Once received and processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method. • Processing takes 2–4 business days after arrival. • Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days after processing.
3.4 Received a Damaged Part?
No return is required for parts damaged during shipping. Email nelson@ngappliancesparts.com with: – Model and serial number. – Photo of the box. – Photo of the damaged part. – Shipping invoice. A replacement will be shipped once received.
3.5 Return Shipping Labels
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. • We do not reimburse carrier fees. • If the return is due to our error or loss in transit, contact us within 10 business days. We may issue a prepaid return label if the part is needed back.
3.6 How Do I Return a Product?
Follow the return instructions provided when contacting us and use your preferred carrier.
3.7 Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled before entering the shipping process. • Orders process within 5 minutes—contact us immediately. • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned per policy.
3.7 Core Returns
• Some parts include a core charge refunded if the core is returned within 30 days. • Cores must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging. • Non-standard packaging will not be accepted. • No refund is issued if the core is not returned to NG Appliances.
